The event brought together passionate individuals and experts dedicated to environmental sustainability.  Held at multiple venues, including our originating venue at Waiōrea Community Recycling Centre, the event featured engaging presentations, interactive sessions, and  discussions on climate justice and zero-waste initiatives.  Attendees participated in live Q&A sessions via Slido, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive experience. 

The event also highlighted the contributions of tangata whenua, with an impactful presentation from Arapera Ngaha.  Lydia Chai, Jenny Marshall and Nicola Hoggard Creegan also contributed  by sharing their expertise on sustainable practices, community engagement, and theological perspectives on environmental stewardship. 

Participants left inspired and equipped with actionable strategies to foster a more sustainable future.
